Description
The Gefu Slicer Rapido is a fast, easy to use slicer that produces 4 mm (1/8 in.)-thick slices of vegetables and fruit. It has a special serrated knife made of Japanese blade steel, a transparent, ergonomically shaped container for collecting the fruit and vegetable slices directly, and a clamping container base, which simultaneously functions as an ejector for food scraps caught between the blades.
