This is a product description for a 95mm square MDF wooden sublimation coaster. The coaster is made of high quality MDF wood with a white sublimation surface area. The coaster is 95mmx 95mm and can be printed in white. The coaster is perfect for image or logo sublimation. The clear plastic film that is placed over the printable side of the coaster must be peeled off before sublimation. The coaster is recommended to be printed in mirror image to ensure accurate printing. The coaster should be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius before printing and the press should be pressed at 60 seconds for medium pressure.

Things to Keep in Mind

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Print the design inmirror image.
Preheat the press to180C
Remove the transparent film protecting the coasters printable side.
Place the coaster on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against it. Fix them with heat-resistant tape.
Press for60 seconds,mediumpressure.
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed coasters.
Carefully remove the paper.
