Description
This is a review of the Classic Colours Sausage Knife 14CM. The knife is made from a single piece of tempered high-carbon stainless steel and has a sharp serrated edge. The handle is ergonomic triple riveted curved and is balanced and safe to grip. The full tang and full bolster with finger guard make the knife good for bread rolls, firm and softer fruit & vegetables, and pizza. The knife is made in Solingen, Germany.
