It has a top temperature of 260 degrees celsius, which is perfect for searing meats and locking in flavour. With ultra-fast heat recovery, it will thoroughly cook your food in minutes. The dual-zone temperature controls for cooking different foods at different temperatures each side of the plate can be heated to different temperatures, accurately maintaining your chosen temperature from 90-260?. Ideal if you want to gently grill vegetables on one side while searing steaks on the other. It's also great for keeping cooked foods warm.
