Description
The plumber is providing labour services for unblocking a blocked drain. The terms and conditions of service state that the service provider will supply the standard equipment and tools needed, employ standard techniques, and guarantee the work within a reasonable period of time. The service provider will unblock the drain within a reasonable period of time, but no guarantee can be given for the duration of the job. The client will pay the service provider directly for any additional work. The service provider will not leave the site without proof of payment. The service provider warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner. The service provider's service area is within a 45km radius of the city centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the city centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above the service provider's marked radius will be charged at R4.00 per additional kilometer.
.Terms and conditions of service:
1. Scope of Work: This agreement covers labour services only. Juspropa will supply the standard equipment and tools needed, and will employ standard techniques to complete the task while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
a) The service provider will unblock 1 blocked drain.
b) The service provider guarantees the work performed within a reasonable period of time. If the drain becomes blocked again within a reasonable period, the service provider will re-perform the work at no additional cost to the customer.
2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.
2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.
3. Payment Terms: The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Service Provider will not leave the site without Proof of Payment.
4. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner.
Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the SP shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing and electrical damages. Your happiness is guaranteed.
5. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 45km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned.
