Terms and conditions of service:
1. Scope of Work: This agreement is for labour-only services. The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labour and tools for the completion of the job. The client will be responsible for the supply of all materials
2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.
2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for Juspropa team.
3. Payment Terms: The client will pay the Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The contractor will not leave the site without Proof of Payment.
4. Warranties: The contractor warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner. The client has 12-month warranty for workmanship. Your Happiness is Guaranteed.
