The saucepan has a toughened non-stick surface that is heat-resistant glass lid that allows you to check the food without having to lift it and disturb the cooking process. The saucepan is also suitable for all cooktops and conventional oven use. The saucepan is safe up to 260C or 220C (Gas Mark 7) with a Le Creuset heat-resistant glass lid. The saucepan is not suitable for microwaves.
