Description
The text describes the installation of a garage door. The installation includes the removal of the old garage door, installation of tracks and brackets for the garage door to the wall, installation of the garage door, and testing to ensure the garage door works smoothly. The installation does not include any modification to the wall or floor, any electrical work, or any other services. If the project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by Kandua, LEROY MERLINS certified contractor. If the project is different to this service, Kandua will provide a customized solution.
This installation will include:
Pre-site inspection and confirmation of measurements by Installer before actual Installation can commence
Removal of the old garage door (if required)
Delivery to site within 80km from any of below South African cities: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Nelspruit, Polokwane. For deliveries outside these areas, a standard rate of R400 (49000427) for distances of 81km - 120km, R800 (49000428) for distances of 121km - 200km will apply, payable in full to Leroy Merlin upon order placement. (maximum travel Distance 200km)
Installation of the garage door
Testing to ensure that the garage door opens and close correctly
If applicable, Installation and Testing of the garage door motor. A plug point and electrical installation must be present prior to installation, conform with the Municipal Regulations.
This service does not include:
Any modification to the wall or floor
Any electrical work.(Incl Garage Motor)
Terms & conditions of standard fee installation
The area where the installation will be done must be cleared and prepped
If whilst installing the goods, Doors Galore in its sole and absolute discretion considers that the structure in question or any portion thereof is not suitable for such installation whether by reason of inferior timber, plaster, or brickwork or for any reason whatsoever, Doors Galore (Pty) Ltd may call upon the PURCHASER to remedy the position at the latters sole cost and expense
If your project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by the installer, LEROY MERLINs certified contractor. This additional quote will be directly paid to Doors Galore, or to another contractor of your choice
Client must be present on installation day or someone duly authorsed on site to check, test and sign off the installtion
Guarantee a 1 (one) year warranty on installation
