Description
This wine is a Gossamer pink color with aromas of frais de bois, the strawberry edged in papaya pip spice. The wine has a delicate rosewater flavor with a strong note of crushed orange peel. The wine is led by the taste of Pinot noir, with the wine having a vivid portrayal of the terroir, with sun-baked stones, the perfect ripeness of gentle summer, strawberries, white peach, and tangy cranberry freshness. The wine has a light and buoyant acidity with a deeper tug into fresh cream. The wine finishes with notes of toasted hazelnuts.
