Description
This wine is a Rosé from the Gossamer Pink grape variety. It has aromas of frais de bois, the strawberry edged in papaya pip spice, and ethereal notes of rosewater skate along denser tones of crushed orange peel. The wine is led by the taste of pinot noir, with the terroir being vividly sketched on the palate. Sun-baked stones, the perfect ripeness of gentle summer, strawberries, white peach, and tangy cranberry freshness are all present. The acids are lemony and soft, light and buoyant. The wine finishes with notes of toasted hazelnuts.
