You can also mix and match by using one of each plate - perfect for a cooked breakfast. The Griddle & Grill has a high temperature of 240°C, which will sear steaks. With variable heat settings, you can have total control over the slow and gentle cooking of fish and vegetables. With fast heat up and heat recovery, you can achieve professional cooking results whatever your recipe. The Griddle & Grill is ideal for healthier cooking, the high-grade non-stick coating only requires a little oil and the integrated drip tray will drain off and discreetly collect excess fats. When used as a contact grill, the floating hinge will rest gently over your food, cooking your meats quickly and evenly from both sides. Or use the fully open position for more delicate ingredients or for a larger cooking surface to feed the whole family.
