Farm Shop Extra Virgin Olive Oil Frantoio 500ML is a pure, single varietal Frantoio olive oil that has been extracted from the fruit of the Frantoio olive tree. The oil is green with a golden tint and has a fresh, grassy, and delicately nutty nose with a subtle hint of green banana. The oil is flavoured with almond notes, which may be interpreted as a hint of marzipan. This is followed quickly by attractive notes of bitter almonds. Ideal pepper, or piquancy, is perceived as the oil passes into the throat, and is elegantly balanced. This results in a harmonious and delicate oil that is well-suited to be drizzled over seasonal salads or soaked up by chunks of fresh bread.
