The oil has a good mouthfeel on the palate, with notes of fresh herbs and nuts, smoothly followed by a medium intensity of bitter, peppery notes. The oil is well-balanced and harmonious, and pairs exceptionally well with eggs. Simply drizzle over boiled eggs or whisk a glug into your egg mixture for the lightest omelette.
