The NAND flash components are Synchronous Triple-Level Cell (TLC) 3D NAND Flash and S.M.A.R.T. Attributes are Standard attributes supported. Nonrecoverable Read Errors are 1 per 1016bits read and MTBF is 1,500,000 hours. Wear Leveling is supported and TRIM Support is OS Dependent. Security is provided by TCG Pyrite, TCG Opal, and macOS 10.14 Mojave, macOS 10.15 Catalina, and macOS 11.x Big Sur.
