The Bce: Palace - Fish Knife 12 is a steak knife that is supplied in a range of designs. It is made of stainless steel and is available in either 18/10 or 18/0. The 18/10 stainless steel contains 18% chrome and 10% nickel, whilst the 18/0 stainless steel contains 18% chrome with no nickel. This means that the 18/10 stainless steel provides greater protection against corrosion, scratching and assists with longer lasting brilliance and shine.
