The Bce: Chafer Rectangular Classic - Rolltop - Sku: CRI1001 is a rectangular-style chafer with a rolltop lid. It is made of heavy gauge 18/10 corrosion resistant stainless steel with a polished mirror finish, and comes complete with a stainless steel 65mm insert, water pan and holder for Global Chafing Fuel, a full roll top at 90? and 180? positions, a clutch system that prevents unexpected lid closure, ventilation holes that reduce condensation, and a detachable cover for easy handling and cleaning. The chafer also has two way heating, fuel or heating element, and modern stainless steel legs. The water return water channel on the lid directs condensation into the water pan.
