The blender has a turn dial for variable speed control, easy to use and full control over the power, and the motor control board draws more power only when required, this helps the motor last longer and cuts down on energy consumption. The blender creates a powerful vortex to pull all contents down into the blades, creating the ultimate smooth blend, and emulsifies all fruits and vegetables, even the toughest seeds and stems, into a creamy smooth texture. The jug is heat resistant, and suited for blending soup and other hot liquids, and the lid has an air vent to allow steam to escape and to use the included tamper while blending. The blender comes with 2 recipe books to get you started, and is stainless steel and heat resistant for durability.
