The Ooni Karu 16 Wood & Charcoal Fired Pizza Oven is a portable oven that is designed to cook pizzas and other substantial foods with real wood and charcoal. The oven has a large cooking area that is perfect for up to 40cm pizzas and other substantial cooks. The oven also features a portable design with foldable legs and detachable chimney, making it easy to take with you anywhere you want. The powerful flames and heat retention of the oven mean that you can cook at temperatures of up to 500Cin just 15 minutes. The oven also features a custom-designed fuel tray that maximizes airflow and delivers a powerful blast of searing flame load it up with real wood or charcoal, with no excess ash to clean. The oven is also designed for use with solid fuels, including real wood and charcoal. The oven features a hinged ViewFlame glass door for improved visibility.
