Description
The MaxiScan MS309 CAN OBDII/EOBD code reader is a small, easy-to-use device that can be used to diagnose problems with OBDII compliant vehicles. It supports all current OBD-II protocols, and has a display that shows the DTC definitions and pending codes for the vehicle. It also turns off the Check Engine Light (MIL) and clears codes, and can retrieve generic (P0, P2, P3, and U0), manufacturer specific (P1, P3, and U1) codes and pending codes. The MS309 also supports freeze frame data and displays the monitor and I/M readiness status (emissions). Finally, it can retrieve vehicle information (VIN, CIN, and CVN).
