Description
The Sunix PAR5008R PCI 1-PORT Remappable Parallel IEEE1284 Card is a PCI board that enables users to expand one additional real ECP/EPP/SPP/BPP communication LPT port on their PC-based system for connecting their parallel device. The board can be installed as a fully featured I/O mapped parallel port as 278, 378, and 3BC legacy ISA address under Microsoft Windows and DOS operation systems. Besides, there are some software (hardware) could not switch operation mode automatically, and user has to require changing LPT settings to the particular mode. The SUNIX PAR5008R can force setting SPP, Bi-Directional, EPP, or ECP mode by jumper settings! The board also supports all devices requiring a hardware DB25-pin connection.
