Usage Instructions:
Place your MOVE microfiber non slip yoga towel nub side down on top of your yoga mat or low pile carpet at the start of your practice. Lightly mist your yoga towel if necessary to provide good grip at the beginning of practice if you have not started perspiring yet. The dots will grip directly to the yoga mat when you distribute your weight equally between hands/feet.
Care Instructions:
Cold machine wash with like colors
Expect slight bleed during the first few washes
Do not tumble dry , iron or use bleach/fabric softener
Do not roll your damp towel after practice. Wash and hand to dry as soon as possible to retain proper shape.
