Description
This is a description of a 500G bag of Colombian coffee beans from African Roasters. The beans are 100% Arabica and are freshly roasted. They have a bright fruity taste, toasty aroma, balanced body, and chocolatey aftertaste. The roast level is medium and the beans originate from Colombia, South America.
This coffee bean is grown in the region of Caldas at an altitude of 1300 - 1950 masl. It is a blend of three different Arabica varieties: Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The beans are harvested between March and June and then washed and sun dried. The brewed coffee has a fruity and sweet aroma with flavors of dark berries, red apple, and a buttery finish. It is a medium-full bodied coffee with a malic and phosphoric acidity.
