Description
This is a description of a 500G bag of whole coffee beans from Colombia. The beans are freshly roasted and 100% Arabica. The coffee has a bright fruity taste, toasty aroma, balanced body, and chocolatey aftertaste. It is a medium roast and originates from Colombia, South America.
This coffee bean is grown in the region of Caldas at an altitude of 1300 - 1950 masl. It is a blend of three different Arabica varieties: Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The beans are harvested between March and June and then washed and sun dried. The brewed coffee has a fruity and sweet aroma with flavors of dark berries, red apple, and a buttery finish. It is a medium-full bodied coffee with a malic and phosphoric acidity.
