Description
This is a coffee from Colombia. It is 100% Arabica and is roasted at a medium roast level. It has a bright fruity taste with a toasty aroma and a balanced body. It has a chocolatey aftertaste.
This coffee bean is grown in the region of Caldas at an altitude of 1300 - 1950 masl. It is a blend of three different Arabica varieties: Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The beans are harvested between March and June and then washed and sun dried. The brewed coffee has a fruity and sweet aroma with flavors of dark berries, red apple, and a buttery finish. It is a medium-full bodied coffee with a malic and phosphoric acidity.
