Description
The bullet is a .303 caliber, 170 grain, 50 caliber round designed for hunting and tactical applications. It has a shorter ogive design that promotes better use in repeater actions magazines, and the open tip design promotes bullet expansion. The Target bullet is similar in design to the HunTac bullet, and therefore load data is applicable to both bullet designs. The HunTac bullet provides for exceptional accuracy and ease of tuning.
HunTac bullets provide a true multipurpose capability for both Hunting as well as Tactical applications. The shorter ogive design allows for better use in repeater actions magazines, hence the tactical reference. The open tip design promotes bullet expansion when used for hunting. HunTac bullets are similar in design to our Target bullets and therefore similar load data is applicable to both bullet designs. The Target bullet provides for a more cost-effective load development option for using the HunTac bullet. HunTac bullets provide exceptional accuracy and ease of tuning.
