Body Oil: When you have a bit more time, follow the ritual of Abhyanga & start by rolling the bottle back & forth between the palms to warm the oil. Directions for use: Dispense 5-6 pumps & inhale the aroma. Begin by massaging the feet, working your way up towards to the heart centre, adding more oil as needed. Massage the oil in long sweeping motions along the limbs. Massage the joints, torso & chest in circular motions. Leave for 20 minutes to let the oil settle.
