Death Stranding is an upcoming action-adventure video game for the PlayStation 4. It is developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game was announced at the PlayStation Media Showcase at E3 2019, and is set in a world after a global pandemic has caused the collapse of society. The player controls a character named Sam Bridges, who must travel across the continent to reconnect the world. The game features a new gameplay style that is not seen in other PlayStation 4 games.
