It has a 1,700 watt motor and a high-performance planetary gear train for maximum productivity. The ergonomics are perfect with a slim handle area and low-fatigue working. The Marathon motor with patented dust protection for long service life is also a great feature. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC)-Full Wave Electronics with Thumbwheel allows for working at customised speeds to suit the application material and speeds that remain almost constant, even under load. The spindle lock and tool-free flange nut for fast accessory change make it easy to work. The overload protection protects the motor from overheating. The electronic soft start for smooth start-up is also a great feature. The restart protection prevents unintentional start-up after power supply interruption. The auto-stop carbon brushes to protect the motor is also a great feature.
