It has 6 resistance levels that are determined by the amount of water used in the tank, and it has a large 5.5 LCD Console that features an easy height and angle adjustment for the perfect viewing angle. The programmable modes include: Race Against Computer, Time Countdown, Distance Countdown, Strokes Countdown, Calories Countdown. The Smooth rowing motion is delivered through a solid steel frame with dual aluminium slide rails, and the Flex Pedals are easy to adjust (numbered size settings) with large Velcro straps. The water tanks are pressure tested for long lasting performance, and the fold up frame design takes up less space when not in use. The weight limit is 120 kgs.
