Description
The Makita Grass Shear is a 16 cm cordless grass shear with a dual blade action that cuts quickly with a shearing effect. The blades are non-electrolyzed nickel-plated for reduced staining and rusting, and the grass catcher enables quick and easy depth adjustment. The tool-less blade changing system enables simple and easy blade changes, and the left and right hand lock off button for operator safety. The ergonomic soft rubber grip design for vibration absorption and comfortable operation is also included. The optional hedge trimmer blade kit converts the model into a Model UH201DZ cordless hedge trimmer. The battery capacities are 12V MAX Slide Li-Ion and 2,500 SPM with a cutting width of 6-5/16" (160 mm) and depth adjustment of 5/8" / 13/16" / 1" (15 mm / 20 mm / 25 mm). The vibration level is 2.5 m/s2 and the noise level is 75 dB(A). The overall length is 13-5/8" (347 mm) and the net weight is 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg).
