From this she will put together a Healthy Lifestyle Plan for you, focusing on all your health goals/ recovery from ailments or illnesses
Followed by a Full Consultation either in-person or via Zoom to discuss Lifestyle Plans and Goals
Available daily online for all queries/ feedback etc
