This is a Gripline Series Bread Knife, which is 21 cm long and has a food safe silicone handle. It is ideal for cutting a variety of breads, cabbages, heads of lettuce, hard-skinned fruit/vegetables, cakes and a juicy roast. The knife is forged from high carbon stainless steel and is hardened to 52 degree Rockwell for strength and durability. The protective bolster provides balance and helps protect fingers from slipping onto the blade while cutting. The ergonomic, easy grip handles provides a comfortable non-slip grip, even when wet.
