The whisky has an alluring nose reminiscent of dried fruit with tinges of toast and leather. On the palate, the whisky is smooth and luxurious with a sweetness that evolves into a mouth-warming sense of buttery toast and dried fruit. Its finish is dry with a gentle lingering note of oak sawdust.
