Description
The wine is a Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend and is made from 70% of each grape. The wine is only made from the best quality grapes, and is then aged in oak for a period of time. The wine has a fresh, zesty nose with hints of brioche. The wine has a linearity and length on the palate. The wine is 750ml in size.
Le Lude MCC is a specialist Cap Classique producer in Franschhoek. Le Lude Brut NV is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Only the Cuvee fractions are selected from the press, creating Cap Classique's with good length and vibrance. Fine, soft mouse -& Fresh Zesty nosewith hints of brioche. Linearity and length on the palate.
