To use your cam as a webcam please follow the following steps: Remove the battery and memory card Connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable provided If prompted, select the PC-Cam or Web Cam option If you are using Windows, driver installation will be automatic and complete within 2 minutes PLEASE NOTE: Please note that the web cam function provides video only and does not include audio. A headset or earphones with in-line mic as provided with many smartphones is required for audio. Please note you may need to enter the settings of any app or program you use (e.g. Skype) so you can select your action cam as the preferred web cam option. WiFi connection: Preview, sharing & full control At the touch of a button, the built-in WiFi allows you to connect your camera to your smartphone or tablet using the companion app. The app a free download turns your phone or tablet into a live view remote and offers full control of the camera functions and settings. INSTRUCTIONS Before placing in water, please ensure that all waterproof closures and seals on the camera and underwater housing are securely closed. After use, wash the housing with fresh water to clean of salt and chlorinated water and allow to dry. To prevent the formation of condensation behind the lens, the camera should not be exposed to high temperature and humidity differences. The housing must be left open after use to prevent the formation of condensation and rust. Recording times vary depending on the resolution.
