The Scanpan Impact Saute Pan lid 28CM is a 6.4 mm impact bonded aluminium base with 18/10 stainless steel walls for maximum durability. Inside capacity markings are included. The 18/0 stainless steel base ensures use on all energy sources, including induction. The cast stainless steel handle is secured with heavy duty rivets with internal stainless steel caps and the rim design allows for drip-free pouring. The brushed/mirror polish finish is elegant and the full lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects.
