Life Retreat is offering a workshop aimed at helping clients perfect their yoga poses.
Learn how to safely perform a pose. The do's & dont's, beginners concerns as well as what the physical, psychological & therapeutic benefits and contraindications of a pose are.
Each workshop will be focusing on an individual yoga pose.
