This is a traditional Swiss style muesli with nuts, fruit, seeds, and a hint of cinnamon. It is easy to prepare - soak with yoghurt or fruit juice and drizzle honey and berry compote on top for a gourmet breakfast. There are no added sugars and fats, but it does contain flaked almonds which may be allergenic.
