Description
The One Box Kitchen Installation Fee is a standard fee available only in Gauteng. It includes assembling the kitchen according to the manufacturer's instructions, but does not cover surface preparations, removal of previous kitchen or furniture, modifications to waste, water supply, or electrical supply, or any wall or floor renovations. Connection of electrical appliances requires an ECA certified electrician. If the project does not fit the terms and conditions, an additional quote will be provided by a certified contractor. The area for installation must be cleared and prepared, and the existing kitchen and room must be completely cleared. The surface area must be finished and measured accurately. The installers will only connect to existing features and will not make any modifications to waste, water supply, or electricity. The wall and floor must be strong enough to support the kitchen. A one-year warranty is provided for the installation. The service is limited to a 20km radius from the store and any additional specifications or changes to the facility are not included. An additional trip may be charged for locations beyond 20km. This package is applicable to multiple products.

This installation will include:
Assembling the one box kitchen in terms of manufacturers instructions
This service does not include:
Surface preparations
Removal of previous kitchen or any furniture
Modification of the waste, water supply, or electrical supply
Any wall of floor renovation
Connection of electrical appliances (you will need to use an ECA certified electrician)
If your project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by LEROY MERLINS certified contractor. This additional quote will be directly paid to Leroy Merlin. If your project is different to this service, we will provide a customized solution. If you accept the project, the callout will be free of charge. Otherwise, a call-out fee of R350 will be charged.
Terms & conditions of standard fee installation
The area where the installation will be done must be cleared and prepared because no modification to the building will be done
The existing kitchen and room must be completely cleared
The surface area must be finished and the measurement provided must be the same as the actual room (quote based on kichten)
The installers will connect on the existing features no modification of waste, water supply will be done
All pipes, electricity and waste system are existing, and in good working order and conform to the standards regulation
Wall and floor are strong enough to support kitchen
Guarantee a 1 (one) year warranty on installation
NB: The service is strictly limited to the work described and declared in conformity with the above within a radius of 20km from the store. Any other specification identified by the installer, which does not comply with the standards, or does not comply with the rules applicable, as well as generating changes to your facility are not included in this benefit.
