Description
The Miracast adapter is a dongle that can be used to wirelessly display content from an iOS or Android device on a TV or projector. The adapter requires a power source (5V/1A) and a WiFi connection. The adapter also includes an antenna and a user manual. The adapter is compatible with Android 4.2+, Mac OS X 10.9+, iOS 7.0+, and Windows 8.1/10.
Connection for the iOS device
Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
Connect your iPhone with MiraScreen via WiFi. Launch browser on your iPhone access the IP address setup internet for MiraScreen accordingly.
Connect your iPhone to home WiFi Router. Swipe up on your iPhone and tap on AirPlay Mirroring, then select MiraScreen as target.
You iPhone/iPad screen will be shown on your TV through MiraScreen.
Connection for Android device
Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
Turn on your Android menu, and then enable Miracast.
Select MiraScreen as target and wait for connection.
Your Android screen will be shown on your TV, reconnect if necessary.
Connection Miracast for Android devices
Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
Connect your Android with MiraScreen via WiFi.
Launch browser to access on your Android to setup Internet for MiraScreen.
Warm Tips
This item is to cast the whole screen of your mobile device to HDMI display wirelessly. This item works with any display which has an HDMI port.
Please confirm that your cell phone or tablet supports WIFi CERTIFIED Miracast or iOS 7.0+ before purchasing.
Please power this item with 5V/1A at least via USB, so it ensures enough power supply.
Installation of Wireless display adapter
Plug MiraScreen dongle into HDMI port on your TV/projector and switch TV/projector to the right input source.
Plug WiFi cable (micro USB head) to MiraScreen dongle and plug USB cable into an external USB power adapter(power adapter is not inculded).
After connection, MiraScreen page shows up on your display now.
