This is a product called Secura 59431500 Protective Ointment Skin Protectant. It is a barrier ointment that is meant to protect the skin from moisture and irritation. It is also meant to treat and prevent diaper rash. It is enriched with Vitamin E and skin conditioners, and is pediatric safety tested. It is soft, moisturizing, and protective, and can be used as an after-sun moisturizer or for your babys skin after bath time.
