Step by step to install polar m400 m430 band , please NOTICE that: 1.ensure take off the piece junks in bands by using stick tools or band pins
2.align the bands with watch completely , no gaps
3. Shake the stick tools lightly to let pins aligned and pass through the watch holes
In the end you can use the stick tools to enlarge the band holes by shaking it in bands.
