Description
The MFJ-1713S is a dual band antenna designed for use with 2M and 70CM HT radios. It has a 6 inch tall SMA connector and is similar to the MFJ-1713, but with a shorter radiator and different gain on 440 MHz. Both antennas are factory tuned for low SWR and have high-quality, low loss construction for maximum power output. They are suitable for portable, mobile, and hamfest use.
The MFJ-1713S is the SMA connector version of the MFJ-1713.
5 " radiator is similar to the longer MFJ-1715S except for gain on 440 MHz. wave on 440 and efficient loaded wave on 2 Meters.
Both antennas are factory tuned for lowest SWR. Have Hi-Q, low loss construction to give maximum radiated power. Great for portable, mobile and rugged hamfest use.
