Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend is made of five premium organic ingredients: sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, and coconut flour. The flour is certified gluten free, USDA organic, non-GMO verified, kosher (Union Pareve), and halal (INFANCA). The flour has a naturally sweet and lightly nutty flavor and is all-purpose. A general suggestion is to add 1.5 Tablespoons to a cup to substitute one cup of all purpose wheat flour.
