Description
The Hzxvogen Welding Helmet is a solar-powered auto darkening hood that is suitable for use with Mig, Tig, and Arc welders. It has an adjustable shade range and comes in an orange color. Before use, the protective film on the screening glass must be removed from both the front and back of the lens. The helmet has various adjustment knobs for shading, sensitivity, and delay time. The technical parameters include a light state of DIN 4, a dark state that can be adjusted between DIN 5-13, and a view area of 105 x 56mm, 96 x 48mm, or 96 x 35mm. The response time from light to dark is less than 1/30000 seconds, and the return time from dark to bright is adjustable between 0.15s to 0.8s. The sensitivity can also be adjusted for low or high welding currents. The helmet has a lithium battery and solar cells, and offers 16 levels of UV protection. Shading adjustment: The adjustment knob on the left side of the auto helmet. Open the switch,adjust the button,according to the electric circut to choose the suitable shading number
Sensitive adjustment: The adjustment knob on the upper-left of the LCD core box. Namely the response time:from the light shade to the dark shade. By adjusting the button "sensitivity" to change the sensitivity which receiving the signal of the electric welding light.Adjust a little higher when the welding current is low.
Delay time adjustment: The knob locate on the upper-right of the auto helmet
