Usage:
Stretch the Shoulder :

Stabilize the Shoulder :
hold the yoga blocks with both hands tight , lift your left leg , let the knee into 90 degree angle , then lift your right leg and slowly switch to the other side of your body , repeat 10 times .
Stretch the Buttocks :
sit on the yoga blocks and put your knees together , put your hands behind , then lift your buttocks gently from the yoga blocks , adduction of coccygeal vertbra , maintain this posture , breathe 3 times , repeat the whole process 3-5 times.
Practice the Buttocks :
lying on the floor , put your arms beside your body , put a piece of yoga blocks below your wrist , keep this posture for 3 minutes , repeat 10 times.
