This product is a set of embossing letters that can be used to personalize cakes and cookies. The letters are color-coded and fit into storage trays, which makes it easy to keep track of which letters you have used. The letters can also be used with edible art paints or a mix of dust and dipping solution to paint.

Each color-coded set comes in a handy storage tray (as seen in picture, with each letter, number or symbol fitting into its same-shape cavity) so you can keep track of your letters easily; using a blade or sticky tape, you can release the letters from the tray.
If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand afterward, or purchase an add-on pack of letters.
Recommended for use are edible art paints or a mix of dust and dipping solution to paint. If you have the elegant or curly set, using a 00 brush is recommended
Take your time painting in your letters. It's one of the more enjoyable tasks in cake decorating.
