The granules are designed to sanitize and clarify the water in a pool, and they also have the ability to prevent scale and stain formation. The granules are also blue in color, which will let you know that they are working. The granules should be added to the pool during evening hours, and the filter pump should be running while the granules are being added. If any granules settle to the bottom of the pool, use a brush to disperse them.

These fast-dissolving granules feature Visible Blue Action to let you know the granules are actively working to produce clear results. TO USE: Apply directly to pool water. Use only a clean, dry scoop to measure the product; do not use the scoop for any other purpose. Do not use in a floater or feeder. While the filter pump is running, add the recommended dosage of this product during evening hours. When adding this product to your pool, broadcast the product evenly over a wide area in the deepest part of the pool. If any granules settle to the bottom of the pool, use a brush to disperse them to prevent the bleaching of a liner or other damage to the pool surface. Test free available chlorine (FAC) residual with HTHMulti-purpose 6-Way Test Strips, sold separately. Do not enter pool until the FAC residual is 1-4 ppm (parts per million). Do not use the pool if the FAC residual is above 4 ppm due to risk of bodily injury.
