This is a description of a 12 ounce bag of coffee grounds from Mojo Coffee Roasters. The coffee is from Guatemala and has notes of citrus, stone fruit, and a vanilla bean finish. It is ideal for cold brew and can be brewed overnight using ground coffee.

OVERNIGHT COLD BREW METHOD For the best tasting brew, we recommend using ground coffee within two weeks of opening. Coarse ground coffee is ideal for cold brew coffee. Ingredients 30g of freshly ground coffee 500g of cold filtered water Ice for serving 1. Place coffee into plunger and fill with cold filtered water. 2. Brew overnight in room temperature (between 12 to 16 hours). A longer brewing time will result in a high caffeine coffee with sweet and delicate notes. 3. Plunge coffee as you normally would in French press coffee maker. 4. Then serve in a glass filled with ice and enjoy Store unused coffee grounds in a cool dark cupboard in an airtight container or reseal the coffee bag.
