Instructions: 1. Wash the feeders with water before use.
2. Choose a quiet place and wait patiently for the hummingbirds.
3. Wipe the window before sticking the bird feeders to the window. Press the suction cup firmly so that it will not fall off easily. If the suction cup doesn't hold, try soaking it in 70-degree warm water for 3-4 minutes.
4. Check the feeders every 3-4 days and clean with a brush.
Notes: 1. The appropriate ratio of sucrose to water in homemade nectar is 1:4. Sucrose can be easily dissolved in boiling water. Serve to the hummingbirds after the homemade nectar is cool completely. Foods other than white sugar, such as honey, ferment too quickly and can harm birds.
2. Feeders should be washed and the food should be changed every 3-4 days. More frequently if the weather is warm.
3. Do not wash the containers with soap water as hummingbirds do not like the smell of soap.
